Gaming God, Shigeru Miyamoto has confirmed what we already thought- Pokémon Stadium is in development for the Gamecube.

In what will undoutably frustrate the millions of Pokémon fans looking for a fully 3D RPG, it seems the latest Stadium could come with a twist.There's a possibility that the game will actually be two- just like Ruby and Sapphire. This would account for the "reduced price" that it will be released at. It will certainly be interesting to see how this would be achieved.
Miyamoto revealed this at the DICE awards, shortly before laughing his way to the bank.
