The Miramax website has confirmed the title for the 5th movie, and probably the title of the main feature.

This news item is more than 45 days old. Updates are unlikely and newer information may already be available.

However, the site titles the page, "Pokémon Heroes: Latias and Latios", which would imply that the title of the main feature is in fact, the rather bland, "Latias and Latios".
