Ninetales	Tamamo Short for Tamamo-no-Mae, a cruel but beautiful fox demon from Japanese mythology who, among other things, was known for her curses. (And unfortunately, a weeb name, because I've heard anime fans butcher this name's pronunciation altogether too many times.) As such, only use this name if you know how it's pronounced. The alternative is very undignified. As a mythological name, this one is objectively a very good fit, needling no approval; Tamamo-no-Mae is a nine-tailed fox to begin with, and she also happens to be over 1,000 years old, playing into Ninetails' 1,000-year curse. For this reason, much like when I submitted Apophis for Arbok, I have the impulse to ask why this name hadn't already submitted at some point… except that in this case, I can clearly see the plague of Naruto fans. Ninetales	Nike Nike was the Greek goddess of victory. Ninetales also has drought for it's Dream Wold ability. I like drought because there's a lot of different ways to play around with it, and there's different ways to utilize it. Nike was also a chariot racer and was supposed to be really fast, and it has okay speed. Having a flexible team and being able to defend against pretty much anything (with the right team) reminded me of Nike, so I thought it was a fitting name. Ninetales	Fiamma Fiamma is an Italian name for females that means "Fiery little one" or simply, "flame." To me, the name sounds beautiful and should suit a beautiful fire type like Ninetales. It could also work for Vulpix or if you dont like Fiamma you can shorten it to Fia, both of them meaning the same thing.
