As fluffy and stylish as it is, its tough enough take on other adversaries like static, dust, and unwanted dirt since Cinccino wants its environment clean. Intially it was gonna be Fluffytuft, but it was too long and needed to be shortened to talk on how short, stylish, cute, and tough this pokemon is.
